Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a consultative sales approach to lead our efforts in selling our robotic solutions to corporate accounts and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have the vision and entrepreneurial spirit to establish and grow a robust sales channel, proactively reaching out to potential clients and partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target corporate, small business and government accounts.
Proactively engage in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and presenting to key stakeholders.
Build and grow a sales pipeline from the ground up, identifying and nurturing new leads.
Take a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored robotic solutions.
Establish relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers to create long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Stay current with industry trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of our robotic products.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting on key performance metrics and progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a consultative sales role, preferably in technology, automation, or robotics.
Demonstrated success in building sales channels and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling b2b technology products, tech background a plus.
Existing network within corporate, educational, or industrial sectors.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
