Own the top of the sales funnelâcold call, cold email, and prospect like a boss (We provide all leads!)
Qualify leads and set up meetings for our closing team.
Work directly with leadership to refine messaging and strategy.
Become an expert in SMB succession and how Boomâs solution delivers value.

Compensation Structure
1ď¸âŁ Appointment Booking Fees đľ
250 / base per meeting for qualified small businesses ($1M-$10M revenue).
500 / premium per meeting for high-intent targets ($10M-$50M revenue or urgent capital needs).
2ď¸âŁ Success Fee Kicker đŻ
1% of closed deal fees from your appointments (paid at funding).
2% if 100 appointments made across quarter.
Example : 2 closed deals / quarter at avg. $500k fee â $10k-$20k / quarter extra .
3ď¸âŁ Projected Earnings đ
Top performer : $10k-$20k / month ($120k-$240k / year) with 40 appointments and 2-3 closed deals quarterly.

- Please Note : This position has no base salary until we raise our Seed Round (Expected Q2 25') where we will be paying a highly competitive base salary. We have unlimited leads to call and have already proved out this performance based model with a 3rd-party startup.
