We are currently seeking an experienced PC-12 Captain to join our team and lead our new Bartow, FL (KBOW) base. As a Captain, you will primarily operate dual-crew, day-trip flights, allowing you to be “home for dinner” most days. You will also provide support to our Jacksonville and Miami bases as needed.

As a Part 135 Captain, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during commercial flights under the FAA's Part 135 regulations, which govern non-scheduled air taxi and charter services. You’ll serve as the face of our company, ensuring positive interactions with clients and maintaining a friendly, professional attitude at all times. Key responsibilities include:

• Commanding the Aircraft: Ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft, making critical flight decisions, and managing flight planning.
• Compliance & Communication: Adhering to all FAA regulations, communicating with ATC, and conducting thorough pre/post-flight inspections.
• Team Leadership: Managing the flight crew and aircraft, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, and handling any emergencies that may arise during flight.
• Customer Focus: Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Cabin Maintenance: Maintaining the aircraft’s cabin cleanliness and replenishing the bar/snack inventory to ensure a pleasant experience for passengers.

COMPENSATION:

• $70,000 base salary (minimum guarantee) per diem trip bonus over-guarantee pay
• $15,000 signing bonus paid upon completion of your first year with the company

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Single-Engine Land (ASEL) and instrument rating
• 2,000 total time, with at least 1,000 hours of turbine time (600 turbine hours if PC-12)
• Strong IFR knowledge and experience
• Proficient with Garmin Navigation Systems
• Valid FAA 2nd Class Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs to a height of 4 feet unassisted
• Must be able to relocate within 90 minutes of the Bartow base
• Must be able to commit to a minimum 1-year contract agreement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ATP Certificate
• 3,000 total time
• 250 hours in Pilatus PC-12
• Previous military aviation, 135 or 121 airline experience
