We are looking for a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This dynamic role requires an individual who is versatile and able to handle responsibilities across our hotel, restaurant, and comedy club. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure exceptional customer service and assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction and Assistance
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address guest inquiries regarding hotel accommodations, restaurant details, and comedy club events.
- Provide clear and helpful information about amenities, reservations, and events.
- Hotel Front Desk Duties
- Check guests into and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
- Operate hotel management software (PMS) to manage bookings, guest profiles, and billing accurately.
- Inspect rooms before guest arrival to confirm cleanliness and readiness, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Housekeeping Coordination
- Write and submit housekeeping orders based on guest needs and occupancy levels.
- Ensure housekeeping orders are accurately recorded and organized for staff retrieval.
- Monitor the completion of housekeeping tasks and follow up to confirm rooms are prepared to standard.
- Restaurant Hosting
- Greet and seat guests in the restaurant, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins, balancing guest flow to optimize service.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to address guest needs and special requests.
- Comedy Club Support
- Assist in seating guests in the comedy club, ensuring smooth and organized seating arrangements.
- Provide guests with information about the club's schedule and seating policies.
- Work with club staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any seating issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, customer service, or hosting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and handle varied responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
