POSITION OVERVIEW
The Guest Service Host F&B is someone who thrives on challenge and continually looks for opportunities to learn. They understand that Guest satisfaction is a priority, and efficient operations make it possible.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the daily operation of the operation.
- Assist Guests as needed.
- Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions.
- Prepare/sell food items.
- Restock items as needed.
- Must remain up to date on all current specials and promotions of the facility.
- Assists in merchandising functions as needed.
- Cash handling functions including POS system and registers.
- Ensures high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
- Completes opening or closing checklists as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $16.50 – 18.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Qualifications
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 16 years of age.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
- Basic math skills as they apply to cash handling.
- California and Florida Team Members must have a Food Handlers Card.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights.
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed.
