Description:
Guest Services & Park Operations:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and site assignments.
- Provide guests with information about campground rules, amenities, and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns and ensure a positive camping experience.
- Assist with processing payments, reservations, and answering phone inquiries.
General Maintenance & Repairs:
- Perform routine maintenance on park facilities, including restrooms, showers, cabins, and common areas.
- Conduct minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed.
- Inspect and repair RV hookups (water, electrical, and sewer connections).
- Maintain KOA signage, lighting, and recreational facilities in proper working condition.
Groundskeeping & Cleaning:
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, rake leaves, and remove debris to keep the park clean and presentable.
- Maintain fire pits, picnic areas, and playground equipment.
- Ensure restrooms, laundry facilities, and public areas are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor waste disposal and empty trash bins regularly.
Equipment & Safety Compliance:
- Perform routine inspections of park vehicles, golf carts, and maintenance equipment.
- Ensure all tools and supplies are stored safely and properly maintained.
- Adhere to safety guidelines when using power tools and handling repairs.
- Monitor and report any hazards or security concerns within the campground.
Special Projects & Seasonal Work:
- Assist with event setup and activities for campers during holidays and peak seasons.
- Perform winterization and seasonal maintenance tasks as required.
- Help with minor landscaping projects and park improvement initiatives.

Requirements:Must be 21 years of age or older
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in maintenance, handyman work, or campground operations.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment and small hand tools safely.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
