The FULL TIME Customer Support position will report to the Operations Manager. They will be responsible for daily sales transactions, customer inquiries, answering phone and emails, handling customer service issues and escalations, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, inventory control, helping with shipping and inventory needs and ensuring all daily duties and tasks are completed on schedule . The employee should be able to perform all of these duties in English & Spanish. The mandate of this position is to increase sales through smart and proactive customer service, opportunity spotting, and professional service delivery. Boon Trading Company LLC (Established in 2005) is looking for a fit-individual who will work in our Doral-Miami office, helping with shipping and inventory needs while also possessing the skills to assist with customer support duties. Boon Trading Company LLC currently has operations in Miami (USA), Calgary (Canada), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Sydney (Australia), Tokyo (Japan), and Hong Kong. The company operates as an online retail business (e-commerce) that sells under the domains Deelat.com and MyProjectorLamps.com.

Experience/Skills Required:
A minimum of one year of customer service; preferably 2-3 years in one position.

Excellent written and communication skills, achievement motivated, and sales driven.
Microsoft Office, Skype, and general computer skills are required.
