As our Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of our office operations. You will perform essential clerical and receptionist duties, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors and handling phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Manage office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Provide support to other departments and assist with special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of related experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficiency in computer use, including scanners, word processing, data entry, and email.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a busy office setting.
- Punctuality and reliability in maintaining front desk hours.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Access to an insured and properly maintained vehicle for work-related travel. Must operate the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner.
