- Learning Management Support
- Enter new hires in Therap and assign roles
- Enter new hires in Relias and assign Training Plans as appropriate
- Proofreading new modules as developed by leadership
- Weekly monitor training transcripts within Relias and report findings
- Process paperwork associated with DSP Apprenticeship candidates
- Proofread new training modules prior to publication
- Maintain cross training report for staff looking to work at different work sites
- When in office provide basic technical support for Relias (password changes, accessing modules) via phone, Zoom or Teams
- Perform routine updates for iPads in the Training Room
- Lead/facilitate specific Relias course work sessions for new hires and legacy staff
- Maintain daily audits of work completed for new hires
- Employee Training Support
- Assist with supervision of new hires during online learning and provide general tech support for Relias
- Update Training folders for new hires
- Prepare Training Room on Friday afternoons before Week 1 Day 1
- Weekly Relias Dashboard updates for all staff on Dashboard (Excel) for all active training programs
- Notifying Leadership table when updates are made
- Quarterly Therap Reports for OJT reports for Apprenticeship candidates to Teams/Training
- Quarterly Relias Transcript Reports for Apprenticeship candidates to Teams/Training
- Maintain a checkout system for headphones not stored in the training room.
- Employee File Management
- Assist with uploading Training Certificates to Employee File Management System
- Weekly track and upload drivers license and auto insurance documents
- Weekly audit team hierarchy within HR platform and update as needed
- Initiate Docusigns for in-house training for new hires and for staff who cross train at homes
- Providing any needed support for file conversion from BambooHr to iSolve
- Administrative
- Write and/or maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your role
- Other duties as assigned
- Sophomore or higher within any of these programs: Education, Business, Information Technology, Counseling, Human Services, Human Resources
- 2-years of work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently, manage confidential learner information, manage time well, and be self-motivated
