Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee kitchen management, including food handling practices, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate staff by providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating team meetings to promote a positive work culture.
- Manage budgeting processes, including cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.
- Handle cash management duties, including daily cash reconciliation and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new hires, helping to build a strong team that aligns with our company values.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the General Manager in developing marketing strategies to promote special events and menu offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or as an Assistant Manager within the food industry.
