Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting for supported organizations.
- Provide operational support and handle special projects from the Ops manager.
- Develop best practices for implementation across the organization.
- Build relationships within the organizational hierarchy, assisting with personnel, fleet, and system access needs.
- Oversee regional indirect prepaid distribution changes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Serve as the point of contact for Dealer Policy issues and escalations within supported organizations.
Education and Experience:
- 5 years supporting a sales organization to provide sales analytics
- Degree or 5 years of related experience
- Advanced in GSuite, MS Office, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong ability to quickly turn data into actionable reporting and deliver sales analysis to orgs and partners.
- Excellent relationship management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills across large geographies.
- Developer experience (Google App Scripts, Python, SQL) and familiarity with AdobeSign is desired.
- Proficient in multitasking, project management, and driving organizational change.
- Must reside in the Southeast Area (Atlanta, Charlotte, Orlando, Tampa, or Miami) and be able to travel for operational support.
