Job Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user story mapping and collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed functional requirements.
• Transform business and product requirements into clear, user-focused stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Define testable goals for stories and conduct refinement sessions to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Develop and map end-to-end user experiences, identifying goals, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to refine and validate requirements, aligning with customer personas and technical needs.
• Maintain updated requirement artifacts and facilitate feedback sessions to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  
  

Skills, Experience And Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst for a wireless company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
• Experience in IT systems, especially within mobile operator and e-commerce platforms, with preferred exposure to the wireless industry
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in English
• Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation
• Proven experience in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Skilled in collaborating with product managers and owners to understand product development and consumer market products/services.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and time management skills
• Capable of managing tasks in a rapidly changing environment, with creativity and resourcefulness to advocate for business needs
  
  

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
