As a Helpdesk Technician at Boostability, your role is pivotal in resolving complex customer problems and providing crucial technical support for all corporate computers. You'll collaborate closely with system administrators and technical support team members to ensure the seamless operation of our corporate systems.

Compensation: $40k DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm MST. Regular and predictive attendance is required.
A Typical Day Might Include…
- Responsively addressing helpdesk request tickets from our employees.
- Installing essential software and applications as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
- Expertly troubleshooting complex, scenario-based issues with corporate workstations.
- Leading the imaging and rollout of computers and workstations to support our dynamic environment.
- Collaborating with system administrators to identify and resolve high-level technical challenges.
- Effectively presenting solutions, fostering a collaborative environment for customers and colleagues.
- Compiling and conveying valuable customer feedback to our product teams.
- Meticulously documenting necessary bug fixes and suggesting feature enhancements to benefit our end-users.
- Offering unwavering support to our remote employees via Remote Desktop.
- Working with our People Team to set up and send equipment to new employees. Provide first-day technical training and support to new hires.
- Embracing additional responsibilities or assignments as needed to ensure our operations run smoothly.
