About the Role
To deliver our innovative mobile fueling solutions to consumers, we need skilled professionals who excel in building connections. We are seeking an Account Executive to spearhead customer engagement and growth across all our markets. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint and driving our mission of making fueling eco-friendly, convenient, and efficient. The Account Executive will independently manage their territory and drive business development efforts, including cultivating new client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will be empowered to use independent discretion and judgment to identify new opportunities, tailor solutions, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation
- Self-generate business through prospecting, market visits, gaining interest through outreach, cold calling, analyzing the fuel industry, and preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals (50%):
- Independently generate and cultivate new business opportunities with a focus on finding new clients, expanding market presence, and leveraging market trends. You will use your judgment to assess the potential of new leads and engage in cold outreach to create meaningful relationships.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals based on your in-depth understanding of client needs and the broader energy market. You will have significant independence in defining your approach to presenting our value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery (35%):
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients and ongoing service delivery.
- Collaborate with the operations team to align client expectations with our service capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- While collaboration is key, you will be expected to work independently in managing these partnerships and ensure proactive communication with internal teams.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and successfully close deals and secure long-term contracts (15%):
- Lead the negotiation process with clients using independent judgment to close deals that align with both client needs and Booster’s goals.
- Ensure the negotiation process is executed smoothly with minimal oversight, using your discretion to guide discussions and resolve challenges.
- Work to maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Salary
Base: $65,000 to $68,000
Yearly Bonus (Paid out Monthly) $52,000 to $65,000
OTE: $115,000 to $120,000 (Uncapped)
Booster Equity: 1400
