BoosterPet is looking for personable receptionist to share our vision of providing healthy work spaces. As a BoosterPet team member, you will have the opportunity to meet pets and pet parents throughout the greater Seattle metropolitan area as we partner with local community businesses to provide wellness care to pets via our Mobile unit and brick and mortar locations. Receptionists must possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills, compassion, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and teamwork skills. Our model offers services consisting of store-front wellness clinics, mobile wellness clinics, virtual care and urgent care.
This position will primarily be responsible for serving our pet community in our Renton clinic with both wellness and urgent care clients. Renton serves as the hub of taking phone calls with our receptionist scheduling appointments for all 4 wellness clinics

Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To.....
- Play an active role in the BoosterPet medical team to provide quality medical care, model BoosterPets core values
- Be tech savvy
- Support BoosterPet client services
- Complete detailed medical records with through medical history. Ensure medical records are accurate within the practice management system
- Educate animal owners on our policies
- Liaising with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure continuity of patient care
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure safety of pets, clients, and team members
- Restrain pets in a manner that allows necessary work to be performed, minimizes stress to pets, and ensures the safety of pets and people
- Position will be stationed at our front desk. Help with kiosk and greet clients/patients upon entry
- Answer phones and make appointments

Salary : $19 - $21
