Not a remote position. This is an in-person role in our Lehi, Utah office.
What will you do?
As a Customer Support Specialist at Boostly, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting restaurant customers by setting up integrations, coordinating signage, and resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy. You’ll work closely with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed records of interactions. This in-person role in our Lehi, Utah office is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to support their initiatives.
- Setting up integrations and coordinate the creation/shipment of signage to customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and accomplish support-related tasks efficiently.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Eager to learn and play a role at an up and coming tech company.
- Extremely organized with a high-attention to detail.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, optimism, willingness to fail, and a “get things done” attitude
