About the Internship:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of compliance consulting. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to various aspects of our compliance services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with testing transactions of government contract audits
- Provide support to determine the audit risks
- Upload supporting documentation in Teams
- Support the Audit Team with other procedures of the government contract audit;
- Assist with the preparation of tables for audit reports
- Participate in status meetings and client calls, if applicable, to gain a comprehensive understanding of projects.
- Research and analyze relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and policies
- Detail-oriented, excellent time management and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills,
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Work and Excel
