As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you’ll partner with clients to adhere to schedules, regulations, and policies while delivering regular reports and briefings to leaders. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for interfacing and coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors, service branches, higher commands, and peer units. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have
- Experience leading Agile teams using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
- Experience managing digital transformation or IT modernization projects in a client-facing environment
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, financials, and deliverables while tracking risks and dependencies
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing federal government or DoD projects
- Experience with Agile management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- PMP, SAFe or Scrum Master Certification
