Staffing Liaison
Key Role:
Work as a staffing liaison on a large high visibility VA program in a fast-paced environment. Maintain responsibility for all open positions for assigned teams, handle all intake of candidates, conduct resume reviews and database entry, coordinate interviews, and process new hires for those departments. Work closely with senior leaders and subcontractor firm project managers (PMs) and perform a variety of multifaceted and routine administrative duties with minimal or no supervision in compliance with verbal guidance, including scheduling meetings and invitations and arranging logistics. Execute independent decisions within established guideline.
Basic Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a professional work environment
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to review and assess candidate qualifications and resumes
Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact with internal and external senior-level employees in a professional manner and be proactive in anticipating business and administrative needs
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with MS Teams Planner
Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
