We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission and design their network architecture by planning and coordinating Agile IT projects, facilitating Agile processes, and managing key stakeholders.

As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you’ll partner with the client to architect and build the future training infrastructure. You will apply Agile project management skills in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 12 years of experience leading and delivering successful Agile development projects
• Experience managing projects, including cost, schedule, and resource constraints, across a multi-disciplinary team within the DoD
• Experience with solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or as a technical lead executing in Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of DoD enterprise systems and COCOM network requirements
• Ability to determine client business and technical requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate, including in verbal and written forms, across a team and client space
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working on fast-paced data and IT projects, including in a data-oriented organization
• Experience with project management tools, including MSFT Project or Jira
• Knowledge of USINDOPACOM IT enterprises and networks
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a technical field
• PMP or PMI-ACP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
