Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality results.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and contractors, fostering adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems catering to over one million users and visitors each month.
- Lead transformative initiatives aimed at system consolidation and operational efficiency, enhancing data quality and service delivery.
- Implement robust quality assurance strategies to uphold superior standards across all deliverables.
- Articulate effectively through both written and verbal communication, aligning team and client objectives.
