- Supervise a diverse, multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, to optimize resource utilization effectively.
- Collaborate with government entities and contractors to implement Agile methodologies successfully.
- Manage operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems that serve over one million users and visitors each month.
- Lead transformative initiatives aimed at consolidating systems to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold stringent standards across all deliverables.
- Communicate proficiently in both written and verbal formats to align project objectives with team and client goals.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and align team objectives.
- Expertise in team coordination to facilitate seamless collaboration and project execution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Practical experience in continuous integration and DevOps environments.
- Proven success in leading performance-driven settings with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with systems that cater to large user bases and their operational needs.
