We are in search of a highly skilled Project Manager to spearhead and manage activities associated with a pivotal task order. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective project execution, leading dynamic teams, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, ensuring optimal manpower utilization.
- Collaborate with governmental stakeholders and contractors to implement Agile methodologies effectively.
- Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems catering to over one million users and visitors per month.
- Initiate and lead efforts to transform and consolidate systems, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
- Champion quality assurance processes to uphold high standards across all deliverables.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels to align team and client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in coordinating teams and managing various labor categories to achieve project objectives.
- Proven experience within quality assurance frameworks for similar projects.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects of comparable size and complexity.
- Hands-on experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing performance-based environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with systems that serve large user bases and complex operational requirements.
