Key Role:
Build and grow the Space and Military Intelligence account’s market assessment, capture, and delivery of Defense Intelligence programs with clients, teammates, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Apply knowledge of system acquisition strategy and technology transfer for defense intelligence platforms. Leverage expertise to assist with managing relationships and supporting clients and with large-scale capture and solutioning efforts. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing systems to business development initiatives. Apply expertise as a results-oriented, innovative business leader with a background in advanced technology, managing current and bringing new services to the market and developing new business. Assist with building a team in creating, designing, and implementing industry partnerships, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards.
Basic Qualifications:
12 years of experience in leadership, including leading teams of technology integration, engineering, advanced analytics, or defense programs
5 years of experience developing and implementing successful market strategies and business development efforts, including proposals and projects
Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment and apply a track record as a business leader and innovator
Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
7 years of experience in program management with defense intelligence S&T programs
Experience with S&T essential research programs, including areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, collection sensor and sensor integration, electro-optics, radio frequency, mobile communications, quantum computing, cloud computing and integration, or biotechnology
Experience in counterintelligence, HUMINT, or OSINT
Possession of excellent presentation and collaboration skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
