It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in financial services. On our team, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

• 10 years of experience in corporate strategy or transformation, or strategy consulting with government or commercial clients

• Experience leading strategic frameworks and methodology development, organizational design and assessment, and organizational change management

• Experience leading and implementing change management initiatives of large-scale organizational or technology transformations

• Experience integrating programs and developing and managing overarching program or project plans

• Knowledge of change theory to effectively carry out complex enterprise-wide change

• Ability to design, structure, and lead teams or projects and deliverables

• Ability to work effectively across the organization, leveraging matrixed teams and building coalitions to realize shared objectives

• Public Trust

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
