The Opportunity:
On our team, you will serve as a Product Management Leader across the organization and play a key role in the development and launch of new technology products for Booz Allen. You should be a seasoned technology product development leader with demonstrated experience building successful software and systems level products. This role is well suited for a technology product management leader who obsesses over the details of building great products and can balance that with strategic foresight and leadership to adapt as needed along the product development journey. You should be driven by the opportunity to lead the entire product development lifecycle, especially from product requirements and specifications to developing product execution through readiness to launch and post-launch. You will build and develop strong product teams and will create clarity and energy for those development teams. Further, you will proactively partner with other key technology teams within Booz Allen’s matrixed environment to make strategic and tactical product decisions. You will also engage with senior leaders at external partners as needed to contribute to new product opportunity development and co-development. This executive will assist in strengthening senior client relationships through product discussions and development to maintain and grow industry relationships. Finally, this is a great opportunity to incubate a new function and drive strategic impact working with other organizational stakeholders to create a cohesive product portfolio with mission centric advanced technology products. You Have:
15 years of experience in leadership roles in a technology company
10 years of experience with technology product management
Experience with full product lifecycle development for at least 3 technology products
Experience defining product requirements, engaging in product specifications, and driving roadmap creation, execution, and launch
Experience partnering with software engineering leaders to make strategic and tactical decisions towards shaping and building products
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience building and leading product teams
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $242,000 to $424,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
