The Opportunity:
On our team, you will serve as a Technical Product Management Leader across the organization and play a key role in the incubation of new technology products for Booz Allen. You should be a seasoned technology product management leader with demonstrated experience in incubating successful software and systems level products. This role is well-suited for a seasoned entrepreneurial leader with a combination of technical vision, business acumen, organizational leadership and a startup mindset. You will lead product ideation and incubation, balancing and managing the process across the creation of strong, comprehensive business plans and defining product architectures, product requirements, and roadmaps. Further, you will proactively partner with other key technology teams within Booz Allen’s matrixed environment to develop and balance tradeoffs in product definition, business cases, and prototyping. You will engage with senior leaders at external partners to identify and capture new product opportunities, co-develop new products, and execute delivery of product ideation and development. You will also assist in strengthening senior client relationships through product ideation and development and maintain and grow industry relationships. Finally, this is a great opportunity to incubate a new function and drive strategic impact working with other organizational stakeholders to create a cohesive product portfolio with mission centric advanced technology products. You Have:
15 years of experience in leadership roles in a technology company
8 years of experience with technology product management
Experience in getting funding for, incubating, and seeing new technology product ideas through internal funding, Seed A or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage
Experience defining product requirements, engaging in product specifications, and driving roadmap creation and execution
Experience partnering with software engineering leaders to drive architecture and technology tradeoffs in product definition, business case, and prototyping
Experience building and leading product teams
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with full product lifecycle development for at least two technology products
Experience working with US government mission customers
Ability to show patents, intellectual property, and published articles generated because of technology initiatives
Possession of exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $221,000 to $394,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
