You Have:
Experience with tracking and scheduling short-term and long-term meetings for agency leadership, including external and internal meetings
Experience with administrative tasks, including ensuring packages are signed by agency leadership in a timely manner and assisting clients with basic IT needs and issues as they arise
Ability to learn about program details
Ability to learn client specific processes for records management and other administrative tasks
Ability to work closely with colleagues to manage invitations and higher-level engagements for agency leadership, ensuring they have received the necessary materials to prepare for all upcoming engagements
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Associate's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in DoD or a federal agency
Ability to anticipate client's needs on a day-to-day basis
Ability to provide real time support when unexpected issues and challenges arise
Ability to proactively assist team members with workload
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
