In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to support systems of systems integration and portfolio management. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 10 years of experience in systems engineering with DoD programs
• Knowledge of Navy C4I systems and Systems of Systems capabilities
• Ability to analyze and create technical roadmaps
• Ability to brief senior-level stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while working across a diverse team
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, CS, or Physical Sciences

Nice If You Have:

• 2 years of experience in program management, directly supporting DoD organizations
• Experience with Navy Information Warfare
• Experience with Security Classification Guidance Standards
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes
• Knowledge of the PPBE process
• Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree
• PMP Certification
• SAFe Agile Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
