- Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops, maintains and manages incoming project pipeline and prioritizes requests according to business requirements
- Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external partners to define scopes, requirements and deadlines for new initiatives.
- Translates technical requirements between business and technical resources
- Develops and maintains reporting for IT dashboards
- Other tasks as assigned
- Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3 years of Project Management or related administrative support for technical teams
- 2 years of experience with T-SQL
- 2 years of experience with Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create technical documentation
- Reliable, self-motivated, and exhibits ownership for assigned work
- Self-directed learner with the ability to research and implement novel approaches to business directives
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and deadline focus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Desired Qualifications and Skills
- PMP or other related certifications
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Familiarity with ServiceDeskPlus, Azure DevOps, and Wrike
- Mortgage industry experience

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
