YOUR PROFILE

YOUR CHALLENGE
Reporting to the Program Director - Solar and in close collaboration with the entire North America Business Unit, you will be a key player throughout the development and the execution of Boralex projects in North America.
Your main responsibilities will be to :
- Help develop the project's strategy and directions, and ensure these are followed and communicated to the project team
- Manage and monitor the project according to Boralex's strategy and profitability, quality and time criteria
- Reconcile various issues (technical, environmental, etc.) to serve the projects' scope
- Mobilize and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team using matrix management
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams (technical, site, legal, finance, etc.) to encourage collaborators to find optimal solutions
- Promote Boralex's values in its outreach to communities and partners
- Lead business negotiations with the support of the technical team and the SVP, EPC, North America
- Ensure the OSH structure is implemented in collaboration with the site teams
- Monitor the progress of mandates and adherence to schedules, and take corrective actions asneeded
- In collaboration with the Project Control team, implement cost and schedule estimation tools according to the specifics of eachproject
- Prepare reports on the status of projects and the overall progress of engineeringfiles
- Coordinate the project's transition from execution to operations
- Prepare required documents for various committees
This position requires frequent travel within North America.
