Perform clerical duties including mail, scanning, copying, and filling.
Greeting and assisting all visitors.
Answering phones and directing calls.
Maintaining reception area.
Assisting other departments on projects.
Requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional office etiquette.
A team player who is detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
Basic computer software knowledge
