Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Severs/Bussers/Food Runners to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kosher fine dining restaurant environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and facilitate smooth operations and enhance the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in ensuring that all orders are complete and presented beautifully.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
- Set/Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Help manage food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and assisting them as needed.
- Support catering events by setting up food stations and ensuring timely service during events.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling, and bussing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for customer service and helping create memorable dining experiences for guests.
