Job Summary
There is currently a full-time position (40 hours per week) open for a Case Manager in the Silver City Juvenile Community Corrections (JCC) program.
The position requires a B.A. in Psychology, Social Work, Therapy or Criminal Justice or related degree, OR a High School Diploma/GED plus four (4) years of experience with the target population. Knowledge of Southwest culture, computer adaptability, an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation (including auto liability insurance) are essential. A criminal background check is required. Employee will be required to work some non-traditional hours.
Desirable Abilities include: bilingual (English/Spanish), flexible work schedule, and ability to be on call.
This position requires dedication, patience, and a commitment to fostering a supportive environment for juvenile offenders as they work towards rehabilitation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
