Border Cafe in Newark Delaware is looking for a qualified Server to join our growing team to meet the demands of our fast past, fully operational, full service restaurant. Border Cafe is a staple of the restaurant scene and has been recognized for multiple awards and recognition for quality in food and service. Job Duties include but are not limited to :
- Provide excellent customer services
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food / drinks orders
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules / regulations and all customer service guidelines
