What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Customer Service position at Border X Change?
We are a fast growing currency exchange house, and we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated crewmember. The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries, and explaining our products and services.
- Comply with state and federal regulations
- Complete customer transactions on the cash register.
- Reconcile cash register drawers at the end of the shift.
- Ensure the proper identification is produced when registering clients.
- Exchange different currencies, mainly Mexican pesos and US dollars.

- Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency

- Available to work at any time (Weekends, morning and evening shifts)
