What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at Bordertown Realty, Inc.?
We manage rental properties and Home Owner Associations. Duties would include paying bills, collecting dues and rents, answering phones, misc other duties.
Previous Appfolio, word, excel, outlook experience would be great.
Answer phones
Doing deposits, paying bills
Talking with owners and tenants
Data Entry in several different programs
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Run errands: Bank, Post Office, etc.
Hours:
8:30am - 5:00pm Mon – Thursday 8:30am - 4:00pm Friday
