As a Contact Center Agent, be one of the first that will have the opportunity to build a connection with a potential client to make their dream project happen. We are looking for team members who are passionate about creating positive interactions and are able to stage sales for our Design Consultants. Responsibilities
- To understand the homeowner's need, verify basic information, and create excitement around their home improvement project (roofing, siding, window, or bath) in order to set a solid appointment for the Design Consultant.
- To confirm next day appointments.
- To monitor emails, CRM pipelines, internal communications, text messages, and phone calls.
- To answer and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- To help with special projects.
- To keep a team mentality and remain flexible with the company's growing needs.
- To be self-driven to hit sales and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Prolific and positive communicator over phone, email, text, and in person.
- A people-person that can rapidly build rapport with a potential customer.
- Able to absorb industry knowledge for our products and services.
- A blend of appointment setting and inside sales experience preferred.
- Able to work with a team to handle all incoming conversations with homeowners.
- Able to notate main points of a conversation in detail and follow proper documentation procedure.
- Must have a quiet working environment at home with reliable internet.
