What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread Dough Shaper position at Borealis Breads?
Borealis Breads in Wells is looking for reliable help to fill a full-time bread shaper position. The shift starts at 12:30 p.m. and runs till the bread is completed. This position has every Tuesday and Saturday off. You will accrue vacation time, a 30% discount in our retail store as well as a free loaf of bread at the end of your shift.
Responsibilities
- Shape bread dough into various forms and sizes according to specific recipes and standards.
- Ensure proper packaging of finished bread products for display and sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to meet food safety standards.
- Assist in food production and baking processes as needed.
