What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread mixer position at Borealis Breads?
Borealis Breads is looking to fill a full-time year-round mixer.
The mixing position runs from 5:30a.m. to 12:30 p.m. As the mixer you will be mixing nine different flavored breads according to the formulas that will be provided for you. Math is an important part of the process, so some math skills are helpful. The dough is mixed in a large mixer that when completely mixed you will have to weight it out into buckets. You must be able to lift 50-pound bags of flour repetitively throughout your shift. As part of the production team, you will have every Tuesday and Saturday off. You will receive a store discount and one free loaf of bread for every shift that you work.'
