When you join us as a Revenue Cycle Project Manager - Workflow Optimization Manager you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Experience building complex Smartsheet solutions involving conditional logic, cross-sheet references, and data automation.
- Ability to create and manage data-driven dashboards in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize project KPIs and performance.
- Experience developing and maintaining process maps, flowcharts, and visual documentation to outline current and future-state workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and manage Smartsheet automation errors and other technical issues.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical processes and tools.
- Work with Senior Leadership on strategy for initiatives to improve financial performance.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
You Are:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Operations required.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Equivalent Project Management Experience. PMP or related certification a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leading others in process analysis and redesign initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation and prioritization

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
