Role Description
We are looking for a Head of Sales to join us in a freelance, part-time capacity. This is a remote and commission-based role with the potential to transition to a more permanent retainer or full-time model as the company achieves steady cash flow.
In this role, you will:
- Lead sales initiatives to generate revenue for Borgfy.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across various sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Manage and guide a sales team to achieve targets.
- Oversee daily sales management activities, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
