ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDES
Increasing market share and meeting sell out targets
- Represent Borghese with in store prescence: sales, training, and and event support.
- Have clear understanding of retailer landscape and key differientiators between retailers within your market.
- Localized market initiatives: adapt to retailer mindset and varying store dynamics.
- Build strong relationships with local store teams and management.
- Work with key in-store stakeholders to execute 360-degree programs that promote sell-through of new launches, limited editions, and promote seamless partnership across internal and external teams.
Business support functions
- Represent and advocate retailer needs to direct line manager.
- Execute on directives across visual merchandising, event collateral, and promotional calendars.
- Share competitive insights and perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Assit AE during market visits or seasonal market meetings with store teams.
- Weekly business recap on brand provided template delivered to AE to include sales, sell through, stock call outs, store staffing changes, merchandising needs, event/training opportunities, space and location changes, competitive observations, and photos.
- Event recaps on brand provided template to include sales actual, % to plan, % to LY, appointment totals, break down new vs existing customers, focus skus sold, and relevant photos.
Events
- Aid in preparation, setup, and execution of events.
- Lead in store execution for events.
- Locally source key event components when required.
- Receive and store event collateral as needed.
- Act as Host for store-level events as needed.
- Recommend eventing strategy based on retailer trends and guidelines.
Training
- Host monthly stay and plays for intersell teams.
- Assist Borghese Education team in formal trainings.
- Report on competitive training programs in the field.
- Execute New Hire Introductions for store intersell staff.
- Recommend digital and print training materials needed, aid in distribution.
In Store
- Ensure Borghese merchandising, product presentation, and grooming guidelines are followed.
- Manage the end-to-end customer’s experience.
- Act with professionalism and execute with excellence to uphold Borghese’s reputation as a best-in-class brand partner.
- Execute sampling and gifting strategy in store.
- Maintain standard counter supplies by account, recommend additions or changes as needed.
- Partner with sales and education executive and operations teams to execute in-store counter updates and installations.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders by retailer.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
- 3-5 years in beauty or luxury skincare sales.
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets in the skin care industry.
- Entrepreneurial, results oriented mindset with the ability to spot original opportunities and create strong partnerships.
- Strong organizational, keen attention to detail, follow-up skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to travel to and service all doors within designated market.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, any additional language skills are a plus.
- Training experience are a plus.
Reporting to Regional Account Executive. Must live in Market (Miami-metro, Tampa, Oakland, LA, Houston, Dallas, or Scottsdale)
