What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at BorgWarner Automotive Components (Wuhan) Co., Ltd.?
岗位职责
- 按时进行设备巡检、工艺参数点检，分析、判断及预见潜在的设备故障&异常，并及时处理/汇报；
- 快速响应&修复工装及设备故障，确保生产线安全正常运行；
- 根据工装&设备保养计划、作业指导书对工装&设备进行定期维护保养；
- 巡检记录、停机记录、保养记录、交接班记录等填写；
- 新工装及备品备件验证&修复，备件清单核对；
- 节拍统计（拍视频，时序图）&跟踪，生产线体换型过程的检查核对；
- 过程能力数据收集；MES 数据查询；
- 生产现场简单的改善工作实施、协助工艺工程师及维修工程师对生产线的持续改善；
- 协助工艺工程师及维修工程师调试、验证、验收生产线体、设备及工装；
- 协助工艺工程师&维修工程师编制WI及工艺参数表等的下发&培训；
- 产品特殊返工操作，样件生产跟踪；
- 常见故障恢复手册编制&培训；
- 积极完成上级分配的任务，严格遵守维修安全操作规程及相关安全环保规定，确保作业安全。
