IT Support Technician

Boring Business Systems has been in business since 1924 and we are growing! We are seeking a customer focused, Support Technician I to join our team. This is an entry level position working Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The IT Support Technician, main responsibilities include first level remote support of all Boring customers. The position will provide professional and efficient customer service while troubleshooting customer issues and/or applications. Troubleshoots IT performance issues and using remote tools to diagnose and resolve trouble tickets. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Ability to escalate issues to Level 2 when necessary. Duties are performed with minimum guidance. Recent college grads are welcome to apply.
