POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Integration Manager is crucial to the digital connectivity, tracking, automation, and reporting for our in-house managed paid media campaigns and digital services. This position requires strong technical knowledge of digital tracking and conversion procedures. You will be responsible for connecting digital campaigns, sales tracking platforms, website tracking products, and the digital integrity of campaigns. The person in this position has a great desire to make the connectivity process a more seamless experience, guiding both clients and internal resources through digital next steps. This position will also incorporate more efficient and automated reporting procedures. This role’s success is driven by enjoying working with numbers, communicating / troubleshooting technical setup, and having the opportunity to improve product, service and process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-Day:
- Report to and collaborate with the Media Directors on digital connectivity, media and web tracking, and report automation of client campaigns
- Connect digital campaign tracking within a variety of platforms to track conversion level data – including pixel placement, remarketing audiences, capturing 1st party data, UTM management
- Connect CRM/sales tracking platforms to both web and digital campaign products
- Onboard new client’s digital integration conversion and event tracking, customer journey discoveries, and goal tracking in client web platforms
- Maintain digital campaign integrity with data privacy, cookie compliance, security defaults
- with the reporting automation process and paid media reports through various data visualization platforms
- Spot check active campaigns to ensure correct campaign parameters, defaults, and monitoring

- Review client conversion results and develop informed insights and recommendations
- Research and inform on digital trends and audience insights
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Required: 1- 3 years’ experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in digital technical field
