Good working experience with OO ABAP - Object Oriented ABAP (Mandatory)
The Candidate should have worked on at least 3 SAP CRM Implementation Project
Sound knowledge of CRM Middleware , Web Interaction Centre and the new Web UI functionalities ,
Experience and knowledge of Web Services , Adobe Interactive Forms and Web Channel is preferred CRM Web Client 2007 & 7.0 above - Business Role , Navigation Profile , Work Centre , Quick Links and Transaction Launcher in Web client UI.

Responsibilities
Develop CRM requirements using WEB UI Concepts, GENIL / BOL Concepts and One order framework, OOABAP Concepts, Action Profiles, ABAP Reports Web services / Interface / RFC.
Custom Development: Develop custom solutions and enhancements within the SAP CRM system using programming languages such as ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) or JavaScript
Configuration: Configure the SAP CRM system to align with the client's business processes and requirements
This may involve settings related to sales, marketing, service, and customer interaction processes
Data Migration: Plan and oversee the migration of customer data, product data, and other relevant information into the SAP CRM system
Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP CRM and other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, as well as third-party systems like external databases, marketing automation software, or e-commerce platforms.
Customization of CRM Web UI: Customize the SAP CRM Web User Interface (Web UI) to meet the client's specific requirements for user experience and functionality
Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of the SAP CRM system, including data retrieval and rendering, to enhance user experience and responsiveness
