As a Motorsport Customer Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in professional motorsport series within North America. Your responsibilities will encompass managing customer accounts, providing in-field customer support with our products and tools, and contributing to the development of future products and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer application engineering of Motorsport products on-site at customer, track, and other development sites
- Interface with development teams to ensure alignment of application activities relevant to development Motorsport products with a focus on hybrid powertrain systems.
- Adherence to applicable software and product development processes to ensure expected high quality
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both component and system level issues related to software implementation of Motorsport products in end-use applications
