As a part of sales and marketing support team, you will be a key member to help support our customers in professional motorsport series within North America. Your major tasks will include sales analysis & forecasting, supporting marketing activities, and North American motorsport market analysis.

Job Description
As the Motorsport Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives, event coordination, and partnership activations. You will be involved in hands-on experience in motorsport activations, trade shows, vendor communication, creative content development, and data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Event Coordination & Logistics: Assist in planning and executing motorsport events, activations, and trade show participation.
- Partnership & Vendor Management: Support partnership activations and maintain communication with vendors for marketing-related topics, including branded goods and team gear.
- Sales & Customer Support: Assist the sales team with customer and dealer communications.
- Marketing & Communication: Contribute to global and regional communications, including content production, media relations, and event promotions.
- Project Management & Process Improvement: Track projects, improve marketing processes, and ensure efficient execution.
- Creative Design Assistance: Support creative design efforts across different locations.
- Regional Partnerships: Lead communication and coordination for regional partnerships.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to optimize campaigns, improve event strategies, and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a Business related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Structured working approach to high quality standards.
- Comfortable with critical thinking and proposing improvements.
- Able to work independently and self-driven person.
- Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management tool experience (MS Project, Asana, Monday or others is a plus)
- Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
- Copywriting experience is a plus.
