What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vehicle Technician position at Bosch Group?
Prototype vehicle build technician focusing on but not limited to supporting the installation of instrumentation and
repair of all VM / NENA vehicles in support of AntiLock Brake system variants and Actuation applications.
Job Responsibilities :
- Installation of all test data acquisition systems.
- Installation and repair of all brake hardware and controls.
- Suspension R&R. (shocks springs)
- Wire harness build. Diagnosis Repair.
- Complete understanding of vehicle wiring schematics along with the use of all electrical diagnostic tools.
- Debug and trouble shoot various sensor and instrumentation issues.
- Working knowledge of CAN communications.
- Hydraulic line fabrication / bending and joining.
- Vehicle wheel alignment.
- Tire installation & balancing.
- Fabrication (welding cutting bending).
- Desktop computer skills with use of MS Office Suite
- Support the transportation of prototype vehicles between various Bosch locations.
